Exciting opportunity to work in a diverse and fast-paced position as Executive Assistant to the Executive Dean, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high level dedicated executive support to the Executive Dean. This position supports the senior management in all aspects of office communication, including managing electronic and manual systems, diary and travel coordination, drafting a wide range of correspondence, reports and papers, as well as providing high level committee support and supporting the other staff within the Office as required.
To be successful you will need:
- Extensive experience working in a senior level executive support role, providing executive support and assistance to senior managers (or a combination of tertiary qualifications and recent relevant experience).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise and develop key relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail.
- A high level of computer literacy skills, including demonstrated experience in Outlook (calendar management), word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and database management.
- Experience in digital document management systems.
