Opportunity to use your passion for talent attraction, student recruitment, or sales, to build domestic student recruitment pipelines for the University and future workforce.
Working under general direction, the Postgraduate Recruitment Specialist is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and supporting engagement strategies across a number of recruitment projects within metropolitan, regional and country South Australia and selected interstate markets. This role will engage directly with prospective students and will foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support positive outcomes for the university.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated experience working in a sales or student recruitment team preferably in a higher education environment.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including strong public speaking ability.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to identify and manage key relationships and liaise with stakeholders in a culturally diverse environment.
- Proven negotiation skills and in particular, demonstrated ability to effectively resolve sensitive matters.
