Continuing, full-time opportunity
Play a key part in providing administrative services across the Infrastructure Branch
Working under general direction from the Executive Officer, within the Infrastructure administrative team, the Administration Officer provides administrative services across the Branch on an as required basis, with specific responsibility for providing general office and project support to the Branch Portfolio Directors, and other senior managers as delegated by the Executive Officer.
This position is responsible for providing support for the provision of Branch HR requirements; arranging travel and entertainment through the University Travel & Entertainment System, using the University e-Procurement system to manage purchase orders and invoices, as well as contract and tender administrative support.
