Reporting to the Marketing Lead, Domestic and working under the general direction, the Marketing Coordinator, Postgraduate is responsible for driving the postgraduate acquisition marketing strategy including the development of marketing campaigns and insights driven initiatives that support postgraduate market growth and revenue ambitions of the University. The role works towards maximising results and performance at the top end of the funnel, including awareness, consideration, and intent.
Applying audience segment knowledge and expertise, the role works closely with the digital marketing, the domestic recruitment team, the future students experience team and the faculties to develop effective and coherent long-lasting marketing initiatives relevant to the postgraduate market.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing role and understanding of the environmental factors influencing demand for higher education.
- Extensive experience in leading, developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in advertising and campaign management and an always on approach to acquisition marketing, audience insights, test and learn approaches and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in performing top of funnel objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
