(HEO5) $80,118 - $89,095 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Full time, fixed term position available immediately until 31st December 2025! 

This position is responsible for a broad range of tasks involved in the application and admission process for programs with non standard admission requirements. These include ensuring accurate information is available to students, supporting non standard admission processes such as interviews, and providing assessment outcomes to other admissions teams for applicants seeking admission to the University of Adelaide. 

This role provides support in response to admission activities and periods of high-volume application processing. The incumbent will work closely with the wider Future Students Branch as well as faculty and academic staff to ensure admission requirements are met and admission processes and decisions are both transparent and academically defensible.

To be successful you will need:

  1. Developed organisational skills and initiative, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and to meet deadlines, often with competing demands, in a complex team environment.
  2. Demonstrated high level customer service skills with effective communication skills, including the ability to consult effectively with a wide range of culturally diverse stakeholders.
  3. Experience in the provision of timely and accurate advice to students and other stakeholders, and the ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures and legislative requirements relating to student application policies and procedures.
  4. Well-developed computing skills, using the Microsoft Office suite of programs and information systems for developing and maintaining electronic records, including sound administrative skills.
