Opportunity to provide high level, executive support to the Acting Chief People Officer 

An exciting opportunity is available in the position of Executive Officer providing confidential executive administrative support to the Acting CPO. Based in the heart of the CBD, and as part of the HR Branch this is a fast-paced role during a time of history making change.

To be successful you will need:

  • Significant experience working in a senior level executive support role, with exceptional time management and customer centric approach
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with senior executives
  • Experience with, and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within and deliver to timeframes with competing priorities 
  • Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Mail. 
  • Significant diary management experience and demonstrated capability to arrange travel, meetings and coordinate relevant stakeholders
