Fixed term full time position available immediately.
The Precinct Connect Officer provides a range of efficient administrative and student support functions, which contribute to the achievement of the faculty’s customer service and business objectives.
Working under general direction, the Precinct Connect Officer supports the effective organisation of student activities and requirements during placement out at the different hospital sites, including responding to queries, providing effective information, and delivering on-boarding and orientation support.
To be successful you will need:
- Sound skills and experience in student and program administration, preferably in a higher education environment
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills and a commitment to the student experience
- Experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results including liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level administrative support function in a busy environment
- Demonstrated competency in the full suite of Microsoft applications and in records management system
