(HEO6) $89,383 - $96,550 salary scale per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fixed-term, full-time 12 month contract available 

The Planning and Analytics branch is a part of the University’s Division of University Operations, which provides enabling services and resource capabilities to support the University’s teaching and research objectives and activities. Planning and Analytics supports strategic and operational planning, performance reporting, analytics development and survey/data management within the University. The branch assists with developing the University's Strategic, Operational and Business Plans plus monitoring their implementation performance.

Under general direction, the Executive Officer will work to ensure the smooth running of the branch administration as well as providing a first point of contact for customer inquiries within the Service and Engagement Team. The Executive Officer will also support decision-making in the planning and prioritisation of wider branch operations.

To be successful you will need: 

  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills appropriate for working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service to a broad ranging audience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently including an ability to use judgement, initiative and confidentiality
  • Balancing a high volume of work and changing priorities whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, internet and related software applications
