Join our Study Overseas Team as our next Study Overseas Administrator, in an ongoing capacity. This vital administrative support role enables the Team to deliver exceptional overseas student programs to broaden their global perspective. 

The Division of Academic and Student Engagement (DASE) partners with students, staff and the broader community to deliver an outstanding student experience. At the heart of the student experience are transformational opportunities in learning and teaching.

The Study Overseas Team’s focus is to increase opportunities for students to develop cultural intelligence and broaden their global perspective through outbound & inbound mobility. It coordinates international study opportunities ranging from a few weeks to full academic year for University of Adelaide students and supports academic staff in the administration of international study tours. The Study Overseas Administrator is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support across all these programs.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and service improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly under pressure, manage time and set priorities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills to work constructively as part of a team and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholder at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability in the effective use of Customer Relationship Management systems, databases and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience of working with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
