(HEO8) $110,291 - $123,734 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Continuing, full-time position available 

Under broad direction with a degree of autonomy, the Manager, Global Intelligence and Engagement plays a key role in elevating the visibility of the University’s global partnership network and impact of global research, education and engagement activities. The Manager is responsible for leading the development and delivery of a suite of communications, tools and reports, including country engagement reports, partnership briefs, presentations and other materials to support the success of the University's global engagement activities. This role oversees all communication and marketing functions for the Branch, including the Global Engagement website, the maintenance of the staff resources portal and international visitor’s hub.

To be successful you will need: 

  1. Significant expertise in preparing and designing corporate reports, strategy documents, capacity statements, briefing documents and formal correspondence.
  2. Significant experience in planning and managing a dynamic visits and events portfolio, including an understanding of official etiquette(international protocols and dignitary management)..
  3. Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse groups, both within the University and the broader community, exemplifying commitment to client service.
  4. Experience managing a small team with demonstrated  ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously whilst applying attention to detail and prioritisation of tasks to meet deadlines.
  5. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
