(HE04) $71,460 to $78,326 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Full time, Fixed Term position Until 31 December 2025

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with customer service focus to work alongside a team providing best practice recordkeeping activities.

The Senior Records Services Officer will provide significant assistance across the organisation in the maintenance and uptake of the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) – Content Manager. The role will be responsible for file creation, the identification and classification of records, monitoring of data integrity while providing timely and efficient customer service to the wider University community. 

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience with both hardcopy and electronic recordkeeping processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing records using Content Manager or similar EDRMS.
  • Advanced keyboard and computing skills.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft communications, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated time management and organisation skills with an excellent attention to detail.
