(HEO4) $46.74 per hour plus an employer contribution of 11.5% superannuation applies.

Various shifts available for different durations between the working hours of Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, in an in-person, on-campus setting. Multiple opportunities available immediately, with an expected duration of 12 months.

Seeking expressions of interest for casual Future Student Advisors within the Future Students Team. If you are passionate about building relationships with student bodies and enjoy working in a team environment, we want to hear from you.

The Future Student Advisor provides exceptional customer service to future students in a multi-channel service environment with limited hand-off to ensure optimal customer experience. Working under general direction, they will provide a consistently high level of response to domestic and international prospects seeking information on programs or services (e.g. accommodation) at the University of Adelaide. The Future Student Advisor will seek to form relationships with subject matter experts in faculties and other University teams, re-directing specialist enquiries where appropriate.

To be successful you will need:

  • An ability to be flexible in regard to working location, such as traveling to and working from various University campus’, including but not limited to, our North Terrace Campus and the University of South Australia’s City West Campus Buildings.
  • Demonstrated experience and commitment in delivering customer-centric service
  • Ability to learn new systems and adopt to new technologies
  • The ability to work effectively across multi-service channels to meet demand and the student lifecycle.
  • Experience in high pressure, high demand environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
  • Working knowledge of relevant University systems, including CRM, would be an advantage (desirable).

This position requires a valid Working with Children Check.
