(HEO9) $128,217 - $137,173 salary scale per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

*Fixed term position until 31 March 2027.

Working for the SA Node of Quantum Australia, this position will be responsible for identifying and developing new industry connections to build and grow a vibrant local quantum ecosystem.

With a considerable degree of autonomy, the Manager Partnerships Development (SA) – Quantum Australia will be responsible for developing activities to support ecosystem growth, managing external engagement, supporting ecosystem development, and providing strategic advice, management and managing reporting systems for the SA Node.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with Industry and Researchers in a deep tech area.
  • Proven record of establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and across different sectors, contributing to removing barriers or influencing outcomes.
  • Aptitude for strategic thinking, translating strategies and priorities including IP into goals, and leading change, ideally in a mixed academic/industry setting.
  • Highly developed time and workload management skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritise effectively, manage competing demands, meet deadlines, and achieve results.
  • Exceptional problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills, including the ability to investigate and manage complex issues with diplomacy and discretion.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective planning and management of a significant budget.
