(Casual – HEO4) from $46.71 per hour plus an employer contribution of 11.5% superannuation applies.

Casual opportunity available for 3-4 days per week which may include some after-hours rostering.

ThincLab is The University of Adelaide's business incubator supporting students, alumni, staff and startups.

At ThincLab, we support founders and their innovative venture through tailored coaching and programs from a variety of industry experts to take your idea to the market. Being a part of ThincLab means you will be involved in a knowledge-rich and encouraging community where we embrace the entrepreneurial journey. You will be required to have experience working on the following tasks:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day admin tasks for Tech eChallenge and eChallenge programs, including posting announcements, preparing materials, and coordinating communications.
  • Event & Lecture Assistance: Be present at lectures (including some after-hours sessions) to provide logistical support, set up materials, and assist with attendance tracking.
  • Collateral Preparation: Print and organise course materials, handouts, and promotional assets as needed.
  • Student & Mentor Coordination: Help with scheduling, sending reminders, and liaising with students, mentors, and guest speakers.
  • General Program Support: Assist with ad hoc tasks related to program delivery, ensuring a smooth experience for participants. Make sure all assignment-related enquiries are noted down and passed on to the course coordinator and program manager.
  • ThincLab Office Support: Provide general administrative support for ThincLab.
