(HEO 5) $80,118 to $89,085 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation will apply 

Multiple full-time secondments/fixed term contracts until 31 December 2025.

Based in the Integration Management Office (IMO) in the Student Experience & Administration Domain in the Adelaide. CBD 

About the role 

You will be responsible for sourcing and interpreting transition program and course information, developing and editing complex transition study plans, and identifying, investigating and escalating study plan issues related to the transition to Adelaide University. You will work closely with Transition Support Advisors to resolve problems and collaborate with colleagues in the Integration Management Office and across the foundation institutions. Your role is vital in ensuring high-quality service by delivering accurate study plans to all transitioning students. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Review and ensure the accuracy of study plans, aligning them with student transition principles and schedules. 
  • Utilise existing student systems and CRM platforms to complete transition study plans across both foundation institutions to complete transition study plans.  
  • Identify, investigate and resolve complex issues and escalating transition study plan or data related issues as needed for prompt resolution. 
  • Develop complex transition study plans for students enrolled in multiple programs or other unique scenarios while monitoring responses to study plan inquiries. 
  • Support Transition Support Advisers with study plan corrections or edits. 
  • Foster a highly responsive, customer-focused, and performance-driven service culture while adhering to transition principles, multi-campus operations, and team collaboration. 
 
 
 
 
 

 Essential Skills and Experience 

  • Proven experience delivering high-quality, customer-focused services in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment (e.g., phone, email, in-person).  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly to diverse audiences. 
  • Proven experience managing a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and with attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accuracy. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including customers and colleagues. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, databases, and standard office software, with flexibility to adapt to new systems and changing priorities. 
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to shared goals while taking initiative in individual tasks. 
  • Demonstrated experience in developing study plans for students within a higher education setting and in supporting students through program transitions is highly desirable.
