The Academic Integrity Coordinator opportunity provides operational leadership to a team of professional staff supporting academic integrity investigations. This position oversees caseload management, daily operations, Policy and Procedure compliance, and is the first point of contact for escalations or enquiries relating to non-standard academic integrity matters. Additionally, the position is also involved in promoting the core value of integrity and academic integrity by engaging many of the key University stakeholders.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated leadership capability and a commitment to exceptional customer service, with continuous improvement in mind.
- Demonstrated experience in providing support for academic integrity investigations
- High level of familiarity with academic integrity policies, operations and sector trends
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work to strict deadlines and manage competing demands, and a very strong attention to detail and high-level communication skills (oral and written).
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels in the University or a comparable context, in particular academic colleagues
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise high levels of diplomacy, tact and discretion with internal and external clients.
