The Division oversees strategy and delivery of the University’s key services in domestic and international student recruitment, admissions, global engagement, alumni relations and philanthropy, media and corporate communications and industry and government partnerships and volunteers, among many others.

Working under general direction, the Admissions Operations Officer will contribute to the admissions function within the designated team in Admissions Operations. • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, including effective communication and consultation with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and legislative requirements, providing timely and accurate advice to students and stakeholders.
  • Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and information systems for maintaining records, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on fostering positive and inclusive team dynamics.
  • Commitment to upholding organizational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence, and discovery, and compliance with associated behavioural expectations.
