We are seeking suitably qualified individuals to join the Student Accommodation team in a casual employment capacity as Student Services Officers (The Village).

(HE04) $45.16 per hour, plus an employer superannuation contribution of 11% applies.

Working under general direction this role primarily forms part of the 24/7 operational team at the University of Adelaide Village. The position promotes social events to foster a strong sense of community within the University managed student accommodation facility and ensures a safe and secure environment for residents.

In addition to an outstanding service orientated approach to student interaction and a strong set of administrative skills, this position requires a broad understanding of hospitality based operational tasks in an accommodation environment.

Please note that while this role is primarily based at the Village, you may be allocated to other locations across the University student accommodation portfolio from time to time.

This position requires a valid current Working with Children Check and the availability to be rostered on evening and weekend shifts.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Demonstrated competency in using Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience in the provision of accommodation services
  • Valid drivers licence
