Join our team as a Technology & Digital Enablement Specialist!

Join the University of Adelaide, a prestigious member of Australia's Group of Eight, working within the Information Technology and Digital Services (ITDS) Branch and instrumental in enhancing the digital capabilities across our vibrant university community. This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering training and digital engagement strategies to facilitate transformative learning experiences for over 25,000 students and 3500 staff.

As a Technology & Digital Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible to create and implement innovative learning activities and resources that support the academic and research goals of the University. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, you will be accountable to maintain and enhance the ITDS training services catalogue to reflect strategic priorities, drive continuous improvement and engage effectively with the university community to maximise the utilisation of digital resources. This role offers a unique blend of creative development, stakeholder engagement, and project participation, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking to impact educational technology at a high level.

To be successful you will need:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training using adult education principles.
  • Strong ability to develop online and face-to-face educational materials and programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive continuous improvement in educational settings.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and innovatively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Education, IT, or a related field is preferred.
