Two continuing, full-time positions available

Working under general direction, the Future Student Advisor will provide a consistently high level of response across all service channels to domestic and international future students seeking information on programs or services (e.g. accommodation) at the University. The Future Student Advisor will seek to form relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) in Faculties and elsewhere and will redirect specialist enquiries where appropriate.

Customer service experience and strong attention to detail is essential for this role along with the ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly to a high demanding environment. 

To be successful you will need: 

• Demonstrated experience and commitment in delivering customer-centric service
• Ability to learn new systems and adopt to new technologies
• Experience in a high volume omni-channel service structure
• Experience in high pressure, high demand environments
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills

This position requires a valid Working with Children Check.
