Level A - $78,544 - $105,611 salary scale per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Lecturer to join our team in the field of inclusive education.
The successful candidate will work as part of the InclusiveEd Research Hub (IERH) and contribute to cutting-edge research projects that advance our understanding of inclusive education, nationally and internationally. This position offers a unique opportunity to make significant contributions to the field of inclusive education while gaining valuable research experience in a supportive, collaborative and dynamic working environment.
This role requires the appointee to contribute to research projects across the IERHs areas of interest, and will include developing ethics applications, supporting research design decisions with input on methodology and methods, and contributing to the dissemination of research outcomes. The appointee will also be expected to engage with industry and support supervision of HDR students as required. The appointee will help lead the IERHs activities and will work regular work hours (they will not be expected to routinely work after hours or on weekends)
To be successful you will need:
- A PhD in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualifications or research experience.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research.
- A sound understanding of inclusive education and its place in the context of schooling in Australia.
- Emerging track record of high-quality publications and conference presentations relative to opportunity.
- Experience in project administration with a demonstrated ability to plan, document and monitor activities.
