Take on the responsibility for implementing new and enhancing existing functionality to meet the strategic needs of the university in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Software.
With extensive experience in the software development platform of supported products, the Senior Developer is responsible for implementing new and enhancing existing functionality to meet the strategic needs of the university. The role has technical leadership responsibilities in product development, as well as providing technical guidance and development of more junior staff members, by fostering good technology practices in software development and keeping current with emerging trends.
To be successful you will need:
- Oracle Certified expert in PeopleSoft PeopleTools (version 8.58 or above) and HCM (version 9.2 or above) software: Global Payroll, Absence Management, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Time and Labour, Administer Workforce.
- Proven experience analysing existing application processes and designing and implementing improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer scenarios and requirements, to develop and deliver effective business solutions.
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving, working well under pressure and meeting work deadlines.
- Proven experience with integrating systems through APIs is highly regarded.
