(HE06) $86,360 to $93,285 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fixed term, full time position available for 18 months.

We’re seeking for a passionate marketing professional experienced in working in dynamic environments and implementing and delivering marketing plans.

The Marketing branch provides leadership in positioning the University of Adelaide within the higher education sector, both in Australia and globally; and contributes significantly towards the University’s financial targets through driving student revenue generation. The Marketing branch is responsible for strategic marketing, communications and event activities that enhance the University of Adelaide’s brand, increase engagement, and ensure business sustainability through generating student demand. The Branch delivers a suite of effective marketing services and resources.

Working under general direction from the Marketing Manager, International, the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, International is responsible for a broad range of marketing and communication activities to support the University’s reputation and revenue objectives in line with the strategic plan. This includes the successful implementation and delivery of international acquisition marketing and recruitment plans including consistent international messaging, marketing campaigns, development of marketing collateral, managing content for the website, brand representation as well as proactively advancing agent relationships through effective marketing and communications, segmentation, market research surveys, and social media.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Demonstrated experience in advertising and campaign management in acquisition marketing, which meet audience, revenue and branding objectives.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
  • Stakeholder engagement skills and experience in delivering marketing projects that meet audience, revenue and branding.
  • Knowledge of social media concepts, trends and principles.
  • Cultural awareness and appreciation and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
