We have two exciting opportunities available for Portfolio Managers to oversee our operational portfolio, driving the delivery of Learning, Enhancement, and Innovation's services, projects, and products.
In this role, you will have the chance to showcase your program management expertise, stakeholder management skills, and exceptional leadership abilities. Collaborating with internal and external partners, you will plan, deliver, and monitor portfolio activities to ensure cohesive, sustainable, and scalable project, product, and service offerings.
As a Portfolio Manager, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, playing a vital role in delivering an exceptional student experience. With your strong leadership skills, you will foster a culture of collaboration, influence stakeholders, and drive positive change. Overcoming challenges, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects, services, and products. Your success in this role will be defined by the cohesive, sustainable, and scalable offerings you deliver.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of people and project, program, and service streams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Proven success leading through influence in Higher Education, fostering teamwork and collaboration within high-performing groups to attain shared objectives and results.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage challenges and risks, implement effective escalation pathways and achieve timely resolutions.
- Strong aptitude for innovative and creative problem-solving.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining effective networks and fostering collaborative and consultative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in using Agile principles and methodologies along with knowledge of educational technologies is highly desirable.
