(Level B) $100,933 to $119,391 per annum plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation may apply

Full-time, three year fixed term (teaching only) position available from March 2022, with the possibility of extension, subject to funding and performance

Help to shape the future of Allied Health in the area of Occupational Therapy.

Working with the Program Lead, Occupational Therapy, we are seeking an occupational therapist with an expertise in Paediatrics, to establish new Occupational Therapy programs within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences that will cater to the specific needs to the global community today and well into the future.  This position will contribute to occupational therapy teaching within the newly established School of Allied Health.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Current registration, or eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) in Occupational Therapy.
  • Completion of an honours degree, higher qualifications or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in the conduct of tutorials, practical classes, demonstrations, workshops, student field excursions and clinical sessions.
  • Demonstrated experience in innovative teaching methods and curriculum development.
  • Strong research interests with demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based practice in paediatrics.
