Full-time, continuing position available immediately
The Research Agreements & Partner Relations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the administration of Higher Degree by Research (HDR) Intellectual Property (IP) and contractual matters. The role will also support the University’s Joint Award program and other external engagement initiatives as well as provide advice on complex HDR scholarship establishments and student agreements.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in contract management and intellectual property, preferably in a higher education environment.
- Well-developed written skills appropriate to the preparation of a range of communications (e.g. minutes, reports, policies, rules, correspondence, forms, and procedures).
- Ability to evaluate, interpret and apply complex rules, policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others in a positive, constructive and professional manner and interact effectively with a diverse range of people and cultures to deliver client centric results.
- Highly developed organisational and administrative skills, preferably in a higher education environment, including the ability to work effectively under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines.
