We are seeking a veterinarian who can provide leadership and excellence in clinical service delivery and teaching of anaesthesia to our DVM and Veterinary Technology students. This position will be primarily located at the picturesque Roseworthy campus of the University of Adelaide.

The position will suit an Australian Fellowship or American/European Boarded specialist with a track record in excellence in patient care and a passion for imparting knowledge, teaching and mentoring students to develop their clinical thinking and skills. Our modern and well-equipped Companion Animal Health Centre (CAHC) and Large Animal Hospital facilities offer a range of services to the general public, ranging from primary opinion, emergency and specialist referral veterinary services. You will find a unique team approach to delivering clinical excellence, working alongside a strong clinical support team of nurses and trainee Veterinary Technologists.

Working in a clinical training environment for final year veterinary students, our passionate and dedicated staff have the opportunity to make an important contribution to the education of the next generation of veterinarians and veterinary technologists by involving students in case management and modelling the highest standards of clinical excellence and professional behaviour.

This role will allow you to expand your specialist expertise in practice in the clinic as well as the classroom, and to contribute to the teaching and research efforts of a Go8 University and South Australia’s only veterinary teaching hospital.
