Work with a collaborative team undertaking research in acoustics and vibrations
In this role, you will undertake research in acoustics and vibrations to produce high quality journal publications.
As the Acoustics and Vibration researcher will join the Acoustics, Vibration, Control (AVC) research group within the School of Mechanical Engineering. The AVC Group has access to extensive computational resources, acoustics and vibration instrumentation, and has recently refurbished their laboratories.
To be successful you will need:
- A postgraduate degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
- Established track record in publishing high-quality journal articles in ISI referenced journals.
- Demonstrated experience in acoustics or vibration research.
- Demonstrated expertise in Matlab or Simulink software.
- Ability to lead research in both theoretical and experimental work.
