We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to deliver client focussed payroll and administration services

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the provision of client-focussed Human Resources (HR) administration and, the maintenance and integrity of data in the HR Information System.

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for providing timely, accurate client service and advice in respect to employee entitlements. Other responsibilities include: employee lifecycle processing and payroll processing involving salary, superannuation, overtime, termination payments, leave processing, Pay As You Go (PAYG), reporting and testing.

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience with payroll and superannuation administration and, knowledge of the legislative frameworks in relation to these areas.
  • Understanding of workplace agreements, policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and, a demonstrated commitment to client service and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines.
