Continuing, full-time position available
Working under broad direction with a degree of autonomy, the Global Partnerships Manager is responsible for leading the University’s engagement efforts across countries, regions and partners, in close collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
The Global Partnership Manager strengthens existing and identifies and develops new international partnerships, including comprehensive research and education collaborations aligned with the University’s strategic ambitions.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating international partnership and engagement strategies in collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders, and facilitating ongoing monitoring of the strategy to ensure achievement of stated goals.
- Project management experience in a complex, dynamic, high-volume operating environment with close attention to detail and evidence of outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and analytical skills, using relevant information, independent judgement and innovative thinking.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, developing and maintaining relationships, both internal and external to the organisation to leverage strategic relationships and achieve targets.
- Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills including experience in the preparation of effective, accurate and appropriately detailed reports, briefings and correspondence.
