(HEO5) $82,922 - $92,203 salary scale per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fixed term, full-time position available until December 2026.

Seeking a proactive & detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on administration and event coordination.

Working under general direction, the Global Intelligence and Engagement Officer will be responsible for coordinating incoming international visits, onshore engagement and strategic partnership events, in collaboration with relevant team members across the Division and beyond.

The Global Intelligence and Engagement Officer will also support in the preparation of a suite of engagement reports, partnership briefs, presentations and other communication materials to aid the development and delivery of the University’s global engagement activities.

To be successful you will need:

  1. Experience in planning and managing visits and events, including an understanding of official etiquette.
  2. Demonstrated experience in preparing briefs, corporate reports, strategy documents, capacity statements, and formal correspondence
  3. Ability to organise and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail and prioritisation to meet deadlines
  4. Experience using the Microsoft Suite to deliver high quality business documentation, calendar coordination and correspondence for senior executives.
  5. Strong relationship management skills and demonstrated experience in developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
