We are seeking expressions of interest for casual Program Operations Coordinators to join our PACE Business Unit. If you have the skills to support the delivery of high-quality programs in a professional development team environment, we want to hear from you.
Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) is a revenue-generating unit within Education Transformation that delivers non-award education and micro-credentials to consumers and the industry.
Working under limited direction, the Program Operations Coordinator is responsible for the development, planning and execution of PACE international, tender and custom programs, ensuring their successful completion within budget, scope, and timeline. The Program Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing program budgets and monitoring program progress.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating courses, events, programs or projects, preferably in an education or professional development environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast- paced environment.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop and implement solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with clients and customers, presenters and instructors, and other stakeholders, and the ability to prepare correspondence and documentation.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and continuous improvement, exceeding customer expectations and delivering on outcomes.
