(HEO5) $80,118 - $89,085 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Full time, fixed term position available immediately until 31st December 2025! 

Working under general direction in a team environment, the Academic Assessment Officer is responsible for the provision of high-quality administration of admissions academic assessment activity for coursework programs.

The Academic Assessment Officer will liaise with academic and professional staff to administer the end to end processes for borderline and credit assessments. In conjunction with other Admissions staff they ensure the maximum yield from applications to offers, acceptances and enrolments is achieved.

To be successful you will need: 

  1. Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer services, processing high volumes of data in a timely and accurate manner and monitoring, improving and maintaining databases.
  2. Proven high level organisational skills including strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks end to end and to meet deadlines.
  3. Proven ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
  4. Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results.
