1 Continuing role and 1 Fixed Term role until end of December 2025

Student Life deliver efficient and responsive student services that contribute to the overall student experience. Student Life is responsible for consistent enquiry management and non-academic support and advice throughout the student lifecycle in relation to wellbeing, accommodation, grievances and complaints and specialised international student services.  The Student Life unit includes Ask Adelaide, International Student Support, Student Wellbeing and Access, Student Affairs and Accommodation Service.   

The Student Services Officer provides support services to students, staff and visitors. This role is required to have broad knowledge of the student’s lifecycle and provide direct support through omni channel services.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience and commitment in delivering customer centred service in a shared service model.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and adopt to new technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume shared service structure providing multi-channel service delivery including face to face and call center responsibilities.
  • The ability to work effectively across omni-service channels to meet demand and the student lifecycle.
  • Proven keyboard skills and demonstrated familiarity with standard office applications.
