An exciting opportunity to provide high level, executive support to the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (External Engagement) (DVCEE).

The Executive Assistant provides confidential, high quality executive administrative support for the Office of the DVCEE. This position supports all aspects of office administration, including juggling a complex and fast-moving diary, extensive and intricate travel coordination, managing electronic and manual filing systems, drafting correspondence, and managing daily meeting briefings for the DVCEE.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-level administrative services for a senior manager, including an ability to use judgement, initiative and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated sound interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain a team approach under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, cope with a high volume of work and constant changes in priority whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.
- High level of organisational skills including excellent time management and the ability to plan, prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, internet and related software applications.
