The Student Administration Team is looking for a dynamic Senior Student Administration Officer with an eye for detail and an ability to manage competing deadlines to support students and staff in the Faculty of Arts

The  successful candidate will use knowledge, experience and problem solving skills in a small collaborative team to provide advice, coordination, administration and communications in the delivery of faculty administrative processes.

The Senior Student Administration Officer is responsible for coordination and provision of high quality general administrative support for the Faculty including in the areas of CRM processes and usage, program administration, admissions processes, academic dishonesty, academic performance, honours administration, scholarships and prize administration, enrolments and graduation checks.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results.  
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in student administration, preferably in a higher education environment. Proven ability to coordinate and take responsibility for operational student system related functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer services, processing high volumes of data in a timely and accurate manner and monitoring, improving and maintaining databases.
  • Experience setting and meeting deadlines and providing a sound level administrative support function in a busy environment.
