(HEO7) $86,382 to $96,659 per annum plus an employer contribution of 9.5% superannuation will apply

Contract to commence immediately, initially for a period of 6 months

Fixed term project role within the Faculty of Engineering, Computer and Mathematical Sciences (ECMS)

The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for providing the development and delivery of business processes aligned with ECMS goals and objectives.

Working under limited direction of the Faculty Project Manager, the Business Process Analyst will be responsible for identifying, mapping, optimising and managing key business processes throughout the project.  Working closely with the ECMS Faculty Leadership Team, the successful candidate will need to be able to identify and engage stakeholders, manage risks and confidently consult across the faculty.

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extensively analyse business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Process Modelling and Business Process Improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal/negotiation skills enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and collaborators when providing advice, guiding decision-making and seeking cooperation and engagement in the delivery of initiatives.
  • Clear understanding and experience in the delivery of process improvement initiatives.
  • Understanding of change management processes and principles.
