An exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Officer to join a dynamic marketing team
The Marketing and Communications branch in University Operations builds the reputation of the University of Adelaide through the protection and promotion of its brand.
We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Officer with a strong customer service, finance and HR focus and proven experience supporting a fast-paced office.
Under general direction, the Executive Officer is responsible for managing the branch budget at a top level, preparing, and processing human resource documentation, in addition to coordinating all administration functions of the branch. The role provides executive support services to the Chief Marketing Officer and management group.
As a key member of the Marketing team, you will have a central role in office management and be responsible for administrative duties as well as maintaining daily business processes at the highest level.
To be successful you will need:
- Experience working in an executive support role and providing human resource, finance, health safety and wellbeing function.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with an understanding of financial processes and budget forecast reporting.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and service improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to act with a large degree of autonomy and under broad direction to undertake a range of complex tasks with minimal direct supervision.
- Experience in and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
