(HEO4) $62,661 to $68,720 per annum plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation may apply

Multiple positions available, commencing immediately

Working under routine to general direction, the Service Desk Analyst provides first level support to the fleet of supported technology across the various Campuses and medical facilities at which a University presence is located

This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical issues to all levels of understanding. An ability to work with and understand a broad range of technology and keep up to date with emerging technologies is required.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a service desk or similar support customer services support role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting users in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment.
