The Senior Service Desk Analyst role acts as a senior technical expert providing support to the fleet of supported technology across the campuses and medical facilities at which a University presence is located. The Senior Service Desk Analyst provides support and advice to their peers, identifies opportunities for improvement of practices and processes and supports Service Desk operations and business plan initiatives.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated experience coordinating the operational requirements of a medium sized team, in a fast paced environment.
- Proven experience working autonomously within a team, whilst working within organisational processes and guidelines.
- Demonstrated well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated broad knowledge and experience of corporate IT management tools, services and applications.
- Demonstrated experience supporting desktop applications and end user platforms in an IT environment.
