Connect with key business executives and University stakeholders to deliver key technology solutions
Receiving broad direction and working with a degree of autonomy, the Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of University areas, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
The Business Relationship Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal Information Technology and Digital Services (ITDS) teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
To be successful you will need:
- Extensive account management or other relevant experience.
- Proven experience in customer centric roles where innovative solutions were designed to enable higher levels of customer service with a deep digital understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in management of a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaborative work practices.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise a high degree of independent operation, strategic, problem solving and creative thinking, and a proven capacity to plan, prioritise and implement strategies for a large and complex organisation.
