(HEO5) $69,262 - $77,057 per annum plus an employer contribution of 9.5% superannuation will apply.
This role will be available from January 2019 until March 2020 to cover a period of maternity leave.
Working under general direction of the HR Team Leader - Operations, the HR Coordinator will provide a range of effective and professional Human Resources administrative support and services specific to the needs of the Faculty. The responsibilities include coordinating the high volume and diverse delivery of academic and professional staff recruitment, contract management, processing HR queries and providing HR support to staff and management.
It will be essential that you are a collaborative team player, have the ability to multitask, problem solve and have exceptional client service skills with a positive outlook.

The role will support and deliver professional people recruitment and contract management processes that are business critical and support the ECMS Faculty Vision and Values. The role will also include exposure to people projects designed to promote effective people, engagement and development initiatives.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and providing Human Resource administration services and support, preferably in a higher education environment, including delivering information, advice and reports and applying policy, legislation and industrial instruments.
- Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results.
- Experience in organising and undertaking multiple tasks with competing deadlines and in applying effective problems solving skills to a range of issues, including recruitment and contract management.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters.
- Experience in the utilisation of a range of PC based hardware and software applications, including competency across the Microsoft office suite of programs.
