The Division of University Operations supports the University in the achievement of its core objectives in learning, teaching and research by providing enabling services and effective resources. The division's priorities have evolved from the University's 10 year strategic plan, the Beacon of Enlightenment, with key projects centred around  people, community, assets and infrastructure and processes. 

The Information Technology and Digital Services branch is part of the Division of University Operations, which provides technology capabilities to support the University's teaching and research objectives and business activities. The branch services the vast University community through four core services: IT Business Engagement, IT Programs and Digital Solutions Delivery, IT Operations and Digital Services, and IT Strategy Planning and Governance.

This role is responsible for leading and providing high quality services to key stakeholders across the university. This includes applying expert knowledge of the products and related interfaces to design and implement new functionality to meet the strategic needs of the business, development and maintenance of complex design documentation, system configuration, and resolution of complex system and data issues, testing, and maintenance of existing functionality.

The successful candidate will be highly driven and have specialist experience in CRM application support. Experience in Oracle CX Cloud or RightNow CRM is highly desirable.

Salary: (HEO8) $95,493 to 107,179 per annum.

Superannuation: An employer contribution of 17% applies.

Term of position: This continuing position is available immediately. 

Position requirements

To be successful you should have:

  • Extensive experience in providing application support for enterprise applications over the software lifecycle
  • Proven experience developing, analysing and documenting business processes, and designing improvements to Enterprise Customer Relationship Management software
  • Specific experience with Oracle CX Cloud (especially Oracle Service Cloud) or RightNow CRM highly desirable
  • Experience in developing and implementing test plans for enterprise software applications
  • Experience in developing process maps an advantage
  • Experience working with a variety of operating systems such as Linux, FreeBSD, Windows Server, MacOS an advantage.
